Introduction:
CERANIC® Etch is a 9% hydrofluoric acid gel for etching the surface of broken porcelain veneers inside the mouth. Also the product is used for etching porcelain veneer, inlay, onlay, crown and orthodontic brackets before bonding.
Composition:
Hydrofluoric acid, thickener, dye.
Instructions:
- Completely isolate the gum and soft tissue adjacent to the restoration area and make sure it is not in contact with the product.
- Polish the porcelain surface well with a suitable bur.
- Place a layer of CERANIC® Etch on the polished porcelain surface and wait for 60 seconds.
- Remove the gel with suction and wash the surface thoroughly with water syringe.
- The porcelain surface must be white and rough, otherwise repeat steps 3 & 4 until reaching the desired result.
Notice 1:
Moisture and saliva during the procedures reduce the quality of the restoration.
Notice 2:
Prevent the release of toxic gas in the oral cavity by using suction in the vicinity of the restoration.

{For dental use only.}The use of rubber-dam and safety equipment is essential when using this product.}Avoid product contact with soft tissue, eyes and skin, contact with skin may cause stimulation, burn or allergy, in case of occurrence immediately clean with cotton and alcohol then wash with water and soap.}If swallowed, drink plenty of water, don’t induce vomiting and seek medical attention.}Make sure that the product is completely removed from the mouth after finishing the work.
Storage:
{Keep at room temperature (between 10 to 25 ˚C) away from direct light and moisture.} Keep out of reach of children.}·Tightly close the cap after use.
