Temponic Cavit

Introduction:
Temponic Cavit temporary dressing paste is a radiopaque dressing paste that hardens in the vicinity of saliva and moisture, this product is easy to handle and does not stick to dental tools with proper adhesion to tooth dentin and no significant volume change. The setting time and compressive strength of the product are designed according to relevant international standards.

Uses of Temponic Cavit temporary dressing paste:

Temporary filling of class I and II holes.
Flooding of the root canal for the penetration of bacteria, liquids and nutrients.
Isolate the pulp and prevent the development of caries.
Reconstruction of the contours and facilitating the cleaning and maintenance of the channel.

instructions:
First, the inside of the cavity or channel should be prepared and moistened with povar.
Put the right amount of dough into the cavity and shape it with a tool.

Note 1:
For occlusal surfaces, have the patient bite down on the paste, then shape with an instrument.
Ask the patient to keep the mouth closed, the product hardens after 20 to 25 minutes by absorbing moisture, and takes the final shape after 60 minutes. (After 120 minutes, the dressing will harden considerably and after a day, it will be strong enough to chew)
Advise the patient to avoid chewing hard foods for 2 hours.
Close the lid of the product tightly after use.
Note 2:
In cases where the dressing is in direct contact or close to the pulp, the use of calcium hydroxide is recommended for better protection.

Note 3:
If used for sensitive teeth, especially when the cavity is large, it is better to use common cavity varnishes before dressing.

Compounds:
Metal salt, sodium fluoride, mineral gel.

Warning:
In case of contact with skin or eyes, wash with soap and water and consult a doctor if allergic reaction occurs.

How To Store:
Store at room temperature (between 15 and 25 degrees Celsius), away from direct light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.
