Description:

ZINC OXIDE is recommended for making pastes mainly with Eugenol.

It is used as a material for temporary fillings, material for lining the fissures, for temporary or permanent cementing, for root canal fillers or as a surgical cement.

Preparation has a slightly anti-bacterial effect and improves healing wounds.

Composition:

Ultra-pure zinc oxide powder

Instructions for use:

Mix with Eugenol to form a thick paste and place into a tooth cavity either as a dressing on a painful tooth or as a lining under a non composite resin restoration.

Storage:

Store at temperature between 10°C to 24°C. Close the cap carefully after use.

Keep away from moisture. Shelf life not affected after opening if stored in a cool dry place.

Shelf life : 3 years from the date of manufacturing.

Precaution:

Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin (allergic contact dermatitis), and eyes. Avoid prolonged inhalation. Do not take internally Contact with the skin may cause irritation, burns of hypersensitivity. If contact with skin occurs immediately wipe off thoroughly with cotton and alcohol and then wash well with soap and water. If skin rash and sensitization or other allergic reaction occurs discontinue use and seek medical attention. If the product comes into contact with the eyes,rinse thoroughly with fresh water and consult a physician. It should not be used with patients who have a history of severe allergic reaction to any of the components.Avoid contact with eye. Inhibits the polymerization of composite resins when used with Eugenol and should not be used as a dressing prior to composite resin restoration.
