Hemonic 25%

INTRODUCTION:

Hemonic is an antibacterial aqueous buffer solution contains Aluminum Chloride 25% which uses as blood hemorrhage. Hemonic prevent minor gingival bleeding; use IRONIC product for profound bleeding specially in pulpotomy. Product is free of epinephrine so won’t cardiac stimulation. Hemonic have long-term stability.

Indications:

Hemonic has been specifically formulated to provide gingival retraction and hemostasis.

It is intended for use in restorative and operative dentistry, optionally with gingival retraction cord, prior to taking an impression, cementation, cavity preparation or wherever hemostasis and retraction is required. Helps facilitate the insertion of the cord into the sulcus.

COMPOSITIONS:

Aluminum Chloride, Buffer, Deionized Water.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1. Soak a cotton-tipped applicator or pledget of cotton with Hemonic.
2. Apply to bleeding area with pressure until hemorrhaging is arrested. Should a small dark coagulum appear, flush it away with water. This will have no effect on hemostatic action.
3. When hemostasis has been achieved, remove Hemonic by thoroughly rinsing, using an air/water spray to clean and dry preparation.
4. Check for hemostasis. If bleeding occurs, repeat step 2. Recheck with air/water spray until bleeding has stopped.

PRECAUTIONS:

uBe sure all solution is removed before taking impression to avoid inhibition of polymerization of impression material.

uTo avoid cross contamination, use new cotton-tipped applicators and pledget of cotton for additional volumes.

STORAGE:

Keep in the original package at room temperature, away from light, moisture and reach of children.
